Condo on the Market

It is official I am going to stick my neck out into the sellers market of Arizona. We will be making all atempts to get the place sold so we can find a new home to call our own. The leasing option came and went but we wanted to be smart about it and saw more pros in selling the place and putting money towards a new house. We will be opening the condo for potential buyers next week sometime. We are hoping that the renovations, remodeling and updating will be appealing to some buyers out there. We would like to see if any interest is generated and crossing our fingers to get some possible offers.
