Marriage Weekend...Orla & Jeff

Miss. Gallagher went from having a shot with Roger Clyne at the Peacemakers concert in Flagstaff one weekend (its hard to see but Orla is actually just had a cheers with Roger, it was the best moment!); to the weekend after becoming Mrs. Orla Mester! It was an exciting two weekends of celebration with Orla & Jeff. From the Flagstaff weekend with the girls... to the sweet wedding at the Gainey Ranch Golf Course in Scottsdale, AZ. Rob and I attended the marriage of Orla & Jeff this weekend! Our 10 minute drive to Gainey Ranch Golf Club was quick, the wedding location was actually right down the street from my old apartment on Via De Ventura. We were ready to see our friends get married out here in Arizona, finally another Arizona wedding! My other friends Lori and Matt got married out here over 4 years ago at The Buttes...we were anxious to celebrate a wedding in the Arizona sun again. Rob and I couldn't help but think of our wedding, though, a little over a 100days ago now and how happy that entire experience was...we could only wish the same happiness for Jeff and Orla on their day. Orla was a gorgeous bride to be as her father walked her down the aisle. The serene ceremony was held outside in our beautiful Arizona weather, a yummy cocktail/food hour shortly thereafter and then on to the reception. One the highlight of the evening, for Rob especially, was the candy bar. In lieu of wedding favors the candy bar was left up for your own personal choosing. It was a wonderful celebration! So many out of town family members, similar to OUR WEDDING, that tribute alone makes a lasting impression on people. Orla and Jeff are the kindest people you will ever meet, I love them and wish them both a healthy and happy married life together!
