House Hunting continues

This is what my home desk looks like basically every night. Rob and I sit down and check out homes online. We have our criteria set in our heads so its easy to discard certain homes. We are working with a realtor and the last 3 weekends we have been going and looking at home of interest. Its fun to see these homes and see what is out there. Many homes are on short sales which can complicate things slightly. Yet we are enjoying seeing the numerous homes available to view. They keep popping up, people lowering the prices left and right. I am getting anxious a little to find a home that matches our criteria. There is no need to rush, we can take our time and find the best one we can that fits us. My clipboard is ready for Saturday on our next house hunting venture, we have our list of homes. Tomorrow Rob and I are going to an art gallery to view some Keith Haring artwork. The Haring trust lent some pieces to the Bentley Gallery in Scottsdale. Keith Haring is one of Rob's favorite artist check out the Haring site and see what kind of art we are seeing Thursday night.
